New You is the Undeniable Leader within the Medical Aesthetics industry, with a chain of Cosmetic Centres in Ontario, they are currently looking for to hire an Experienced Cosmetic Nurse Injector. Our Company is looking for people who are ambitious, want to grow, take initiative and think outside the box.
Experienced Cosmetic Nurse Injector
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for administering Neiromodulators (Botulinum Toxin, Dysport, Xeomin) and Fillers.
- Responsible for patient care, assessment, planning, implementation, education on the benefits of injectable and evaluation of treatments to ensure the best patient’s outcome.
- Assessing patients areas of concern and recommending appropriate treatment plan.
- Providing follow up care to patients and address post treatment patient concerns.
- Ensuring the proper storage, administration and inventory counts for Botulinum Toxin and Fillers and other injectables; as well as prescribed products in accordance to company policies and guidelines.
- Educating clients on skin care products and treatment options.
- Responding to telephone and e-mail inquiries and post procedure follow-ups.
- Coordinating with other staff to ensure exceptional delivery of service.
- Be able to sell and upgrade patients to achieve overall monthly performance targets.
- Cosmetic Nurse Injectors must take responsibility to attend training sessions and keep up to date with all clinical and professional developments offered.
- Experience with other aesthetic treatments such as Mesotherapy and IV injection is an asset.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Licensed to practice in Ontario.
- Minimum 3 years cosmetic injecting experience
- Proficiency with sales and client consultations
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (proper grammar, polite responses, etc.)
- Honest, ethical with an ability and desire to identify and fulfill key client needs
- Team player who is flexible, self-motivated and has a positive attitude
Job Type: Full – time, Part – time
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3 years of experience at Medical Spa (Required)
- 3 Years of experience in Sales (Preferred)
- Have a friendly and pleasant personality (No Kidding)
