New You Cancellation & Refund Policy:

If you purchase a service package or a service at the regular price and have not redeemed it, you have the option to request a refund within 14 days from the purchase date. The refund will be processed following our designated refund procedure.

‌For purchases made at a discounted promotion price, we offer the alternative of issuing store credit or a gift card instead of a monetary refund. This option is available within the same 14-day period from the purchase date, provided the service has not been redeemed.

‌To initiate a refund or credit request, please contact clinic where the purchase was made.

‌Please note that any services redeemed or used within the specified timeframe are not eligible for refunds, store credit, or gift cards.

By continuing with your purchase, you agree to abide by and accept the terms of our refund policy.

‌Please note there is a cancellation policy in effect. We need 48-Hour notice for cancellation or to re-schedule. Should you miss your appointment or not inform us with the designated time you will lose your pre-purchased treatment and be charged a cancellation fee.

*Card can be applied towards purchases of services and tailored packages. It can’t be used towards promotional special offers, discounted items & retail products. New You has recently upgraded our electronic billing system. We are pleased to announce that we will still be able to honour past gift card and Groupon deals under the following circumstances.

Our Terms And Conditions

Effective Oct/01/2020, we will only be able to redeem cards that were purchased anytime after Jan/01/2020.  Our event gift cards are only redeemable during the day of the event that you attend and can be applied to special package pricing that are event only promotions.  This has not changed.

Gift cards cannot be applied towards Cosmetic Injectables services.

New You does not replace lost or stolen cards.  Due to the effect of treatment delays resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic and provincial guidelines. As well as restrictions for in store visits. New You will review expired gift card transactions on a case-by-case basis.  To enquire about your gift card validity, please speak to a store manager at a New You location closest to you.  In store associates will not be able to override any expired coupons or past deal purchases that have expired.

New You Black Card (Elite Card) Terms & Conditions:

This card is no longer redeemable. 

Groupon Voucher Terms and Conditions:

Promotional value expires 120 days after purchase. Valid for new customers only, not valid for customers previously purchased at any time. By appointment only.
