New You Cancellation & Refund Policy:

If you purchase a service package or a service at the regular price and have not redeemed it, you have the option to request a refund within 14 days from the purchase date. The refund will be processed following our designated refund procedure.

‌For purchases made at a discounted promotion price, we offer the alternative of issuing store credit or a gift card instead of a monetary refund. This option is available within the same 14-day period from the purchase date, provided the service has not been redeemed.

‌To initiate a refund or credit request, please contact clinic where the purchase was made.

‌Please note that any services redeemed or used within the specified timeframe are not eligible for refunds, store credit, or gift cards.

By continuing with your purchase, you agree to abide by and accept the terms of our refund policy.

‌Please note there is a cancellation policy in effect. We need 48-Hour notice for cancellation or to re-schedule. Should you miss your appointment or not inform us with the designated time you will lose your pre-purchased treatment and be charged a cancellation fee.

BIANCO ANGELS WHITE AFFAIR 2024 Gift Card:

This gift card is valid towards our Number One Medical Grade Facial (value $500). This facial is designed to enhance skin tone, firmness, and texture. It addresses pigmentation issues, improves elasticity, diminishes wrinkles, and boosts hydration for radiant skin.

This card must be presented at the time of redemption. It is not valid towards the purchase of another gift card, product, or service. It has no cash value and is not replaceable if lost or stolen. The card may be gifted to another person. The card may only be redeemed until October 15th, 2024.

Effective Oct/01/2020, we will only be able to redeem cards that were purchased anytime after Jan/01/2020. Our event gift cards are only redeemable during the day of the event that you attend and can be applied to special package pricing that are event only promotions. This has not changed.
